I grew up in the sticks of New Hampshire, on acreage with a river out back, chickens in the yard, and a sunfish on my line, but real estate was never a career option in my family of military members and state employees. It was more of a hobby, but a hobby that landed me on HGTV when I was 15, buying rentals at 23, and making me and multiple members of my family debt-free before I turned 30.

I moved to Colorado in 2015, where I now pursue my passion of helping others change their lives through real estate as a multi-award winning, full-time REALTOR® repeatedly ranked in the Top 300 of all real estate agents by Real Producers, among other accolades. Alongside selling beautiful residential homes in town, I serve as the National Co-Chair of the eXp Realty Land & Ranch Division specializing in farms, ranches, equine properties, and land with water and mineral rights. As a recognized expert in this field, I occasionally speak on stages around the country educating other professionals on how to serve this niche. I've been honored to represent incredible acreage properties ranging from 2 acres to 2,400 acres and $200,000 up to $12.85 million. I've served household names selling their legacy ranch, and other families find the right parcel to start theirs. I love this lifestyle and am passionate about preserving it while telling the story of the property and being a resource to help my clients plan for taxes, diversify their income, and navigate the challenges that come with the layers of land and ranch estates. I focus on leveraging my nationwide network, my brokerage's international reach, and my unbeatable cutting edge modern marketing system to serve my buyers and sellers at the highest level.
