Liz Crews's Profile
My love of homes started as a family hobby. It refused to stay one.
I grew up in the sticks of New Hampshire, on acreage with a river out back, chickens in the yard, and a sunfish on my line. Real estate was never a career in my family of military members and state employees. It was a hobby born from modest means and necessity. My mom's gift for seeing the potential in a worn out home landed me on HGTV at 15.
I started working in healthcare in North Carolina and completed grad school. By 23, I was flat broke and buried in student loans. Something had to give and if I'm going to bet on someone, I'm betting on myself. I found creative ways to finance my first investment property, and somewhere between signing the papers and collecting rent checks, real estate changed my life.
I've called Colorado home since 2015, where I now pursue my passion of helping others change their lives through real estate as a full-time REALTOR®. Alongside selling beautiful homes in town, I serve as the National Co-Chair of the eXp Realty Land & Ranch Division specializing in the properties most agents politely back away from: farms, ranches, equine properties, and land with water and mineral rights.
My clients know me as a no-nonsense straight shooter who competes for every deal and explains every document in plain English. You'll get the same advice I'd give my own family, and closings should be a time of celebration. Fair warning: if we see a dog at a showing, everything pauses while I ask to pet it.
Whether you're buying your first home in Fort Collins or selling a 500-acre legacy ranch in Kersey, you're in the right place.
